Retirement Fund Administrator , you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining retirement fund operations. This includes processing claims, reconciling contributions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and efficient service while upholding Alexander Forbes’ values and commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) .

Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retirement fund administration
- In-depth understanding of Claims and Billing Reconciliation
- Proven ability to manage fund allocations and eliminate PI claims
