What is the opportunity?
RBC Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones. The country employs a Global Operating Model to maximize efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability.
Responsibilities
- Engaged in Securities Lending operational activity across multiple markets to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved.
- Provision of an exceptional level of client service in all areas, with particular focus on sale and transition management in terms of day-to-day tasks.
- Action oriented – exhibits drive, motivation, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Works closely with supervisor of department to achieve department and organization goals.
