The Academic Counselor will act as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them throughout the admissions process for GLA University’s online programs. The role involves engaging with students through tele-counselling, providing accurate program details, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding in line with the University’s policies. The position demands a blend of strong communication, relationship management, and career guidance skills, along with a customer-centric and goal-oriented approach.
