Security learning is more than courses and content - it's about shaping how people think, act and make decisions about Defence security. As Senior Advisor Security Learning, you'll analyse data, design syllabus and develop learning. You will lead smart, modern learning solutions that strengthen security culture across the NZDF. You'll work at the operational level, partnering with subject matter experts across Defence to turn complex security requirements into learning that is effective and makes a security culture difference.
You will:
* Design engaging security learning and awareness programmes across the NZDF.
* Analyse performance needs and learning needs to shape fit‑for‑purpose solutions (blended, digital and face‑to‑face).
