Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. As they continue to scale, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for different Tier1/Tier 2 markets.
- Own and deliver against KPIs including FTDs, revenue, ROI, and LTV targets.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on market trends and competitor activity.
- Support launches in newly regulated states and provinces through affiliate channels.
Identify, onboard, and grow high-value affiliates (SEO, media buyers, PPC, influencers, content publishers). - Negotiate and structure commercial agreements (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) with new and existing partners.
