Senior AI Chip RTL & SoC Design Engineer

Canaan Inc. is seeking a Lead SoC RTL Designer to lead the design and implementation of AI chip subsystems. You will own key modules and participate in SoC integration while collaborating with verification and physical design teams.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in relevant fields and over 5 years of experience in SoC design. Strong debugging skills and solid understanding of SoC architecture are essential for this role. This position is based in Penang, Malaysia.
