Job Title: Senior AI Engineer
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy a production-grade AI-powered knowledge search platform using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You will work on scalable, secure, and bilingual AI solutions in a hybrid cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines (retrieval, reranking, LLM orchestration)
- Build data ingestion pipelines (CMS and document sources, chunking, embeddings)
- Develop prompt templates, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks
- Implement security controls (ACLs, access filtering)
- Deploy and manage services using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Support performance tuning and operations during early production phases
