The role
You'll join an existing team of AI Creatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and optimize production workflows inside our custom platform, and contribute to its development
- Design repeatable pipelines for PDP imagery, on-model variants, lifestyle scenes, and product video
- Translate creative briefs into structured generation plans the team can execute
- Improve consistency across batches across garment accuracy, model identity, lighting, colorways, and background
- Identify production bottlenecks and automate them
- Document workflows so other team members can run them without supervision
Requirements
Must have
- Demonstrable experience producing AI image and video content at production quality
- Track record of building and optimizing AI workflows and pipelines, not just prompting
