Senior AI/Platform Engineer

Goal
- Engage with project delivery teams during planning and execution to build architecture recommendations.
- Productize Mosaic AI into a governed, multi‑tenant, self‑service platform.
- Ship golden paths, SDK/CLI templates, and evaluation patterns.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Databricks Mosaic AI platform and agent development.
- Experience with agentic AI architectures.
- Autonomous agents, multi‑agent systems, and orchestration.
- Databricks MLflow, AutoML, and Vector Search.
- Integration and fine‑tuning of foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic).
- Proficiency with Mosaic AI Agent Framework for building, testing, and deploying AI agents.
- RAG architectures, embedding techniques, and LangChain/LangGraph.
