Join our Canada Operations Excellence team! We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Analyst to support Canada Operations and Operations Excellence. This role plays a key part in advancing change enablement, communications, learning and employee engagement initiatives aligned to operational priorities.
Position Responsibilities
- Change Enablement & Communications Support : support the development and execution of internal change enablement and communications plans aligned with Canada Operations priorities; translate business strategies, initiatives, and operational updates into clear and engaging communications for internal audiences; assist in developing communication materials, presentations, talking points, and change artifacts that support organizational initiatives; coordinate communications activities that support change adoption, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness; ensure alignment and consistenc...
