Objective of Role
LaSalle Investment Management is seeking a full-time Senior Analyst to join its Debt Capital Markets team in our Chicago office.
Accountabilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assist in the financial analysis of lender quotes and hedging strategies to determine optimal outcomes for the equity business.Aid in the development of dashboards and financial models. Organize and maintain internal systems.Facilitate the due diligence and loan closing processes with internal and external stakeholders.Interface with key internal groups including Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Accounting, and Treasury.Monitor market dynamics and communicate trends to internal stakeholders.Build relationships with clients, brokers, and lenders to support marketing efforts.Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
