Overview
CHAI’s Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) team supports governments to strengthen core health system functions and steward scarce resources more effectively, particularly in the context of declining external aid and increasing pressure on domestic health financing. Strong financial planning, grant management, and operational discipline are central to this work.
To support these efforts, CHAI is seeking a Finance & Operations Senior Analyst to join the Health Systems Strengthening cluster. This role will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality financial management across the team’s portfolio, supporting grant budgeting, financial reporting, and operational processes that enable effective program delivery.
