Senior Analyst / Lead Analyst (Data Products and Analytics), DO, SPR

The Data Office champions the overall HR data strategy for the whole‑of‑government and PSD. We are responsible for end‑to‑end solutioning in order to drive adoption and evolution of HR data analytics across the public service. To achieve this, the team leads initiatives relating to the refinement of existing practices and approaches to HR data analytics, encompassing the full spectrum of activities including infrastructure, data engineering, data operations, data governance.

This role sits within the DO Data Products and Analytics Team and combines rigorous analytical work with hands‑on data product development. The team enables the HR Data Strategy through the planning, development, and stewardship of data products and analytical reports, facilitating effective collaboration between end‑users and technical teams to develop impactful findings that support actionable decision‑making.
