Senior Analyst Learning & Development with German
Key responsibilities
- Organisation and administration of internal development opportunities, such as trainings, development programs, webinars (from scheduling to learning history documentation incl. regular check of learning needs).
- Booking external trainings incl. training documentation and invoice processing for Europe and Global functions regions
- Administration and documentation of Compliance Trainings in Insight learning.
- Maintenance of all Trainings in Insight Learning (SAP/Successfactors).
- Contacting trainers, training vendors, participants regarding topics concerning training organisation.
- Usage and distribution of reports (e.g. Learning hours, Curriculum Status).
- 1st level Support regarding Insight modules, other Talent & L&D systems, and Talent & L&D related shared mailboxes.
