Senior Analyst – HR Systems (6-month contract, downtown Calgary, hybrid model)
Earn $80–$90 per hour. The role supports migration of a learning system from Saba to SAP SuccessFactors, requires leading LMS migrations and data mapping, and facilitates communication between business and technical teams.
Location & Schedule
Downtown Calgary, Alberta – Monday to Friday, full-time hours. 6-month contract with high chance of extension.
Responsibilities
- Investigate current Saba LMS data and courses.
- Consult stakeholders to understand usage and future requirements.
- Plan migration, including data mapping and decisions on content to migrate, archive, or delete.
- Document requirements, process flows, and data mapping.
- Support transition with testing and change management.
- Oversee migration of learning content.
