Workday HRIS Analyst
We are looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join the team before go‑live and take ownership of implementation setup, configuration, and rollout activities. You will work alongside a Singapore‑based manager and external vendors to ensure the system is configured correctly, tested thoroughly, and adopted successfully. Once live, you will transition into ongoing support and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Benefits). Support payroll system integration.
- Participate in UAT cycles, cutover activities, and post‑go‑live hyper‑care. Support data migration accuracy and completion.
- Project coordination: work with HR, technology teams, and vendors to track implementation milestones, identify risks, and meet timelines.
