Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE Responsible for preparing lab samples and performing lab tests as per developed work instructions in alignment with business needs.
Key Accountabilities & Activities- Testing Operations: Perform HPLC, FTIR, DSC, Dynamic Rheometer, and EEW titration for raw materials, mixes, and prepregs.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct all tests using approved PPE (including respirators) and immediately report near-misses to the HSE Manager.
- Equipment Maintenance: Execute daily weight scale verifications and weekly lab equipment verifications; coordinate with external teams for required calibrations.
- Regulatory & Data: Act as the Government Chemical contact; perform mathematical graphing and release analysis results via LIMS.
- Process Improvement: Carry out additional testing for new materials, suppliers, or modified methods as required.
