Responsibilities
- Mine and analyze ERP (BisTrack) data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
- Prepare clear, data-driven sales reports for leadership.
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting preparation.
- Monitor CRM usage and data quality to support sales effectiveness.
- Investigate system data to validate accuracy and highlight performance gaps.
- Monitor manual pricing.
- Oversee and monitor special pricing programs (clearance, manager specials and showroom specials).
- Suggest new methods and contribute to the development of new tools to improve and streamline processes.
