Job Description
The Senior Application Support Technical Consultant is responsible for providing high-level technical support troubleshooting and system optimization for SAP applications. This role ensures seamless system performance supports business users and collaborates closely with technical and functional teams to deliver efficient and reliable SAP operations.
Key Responsibilities Application & Technical Support- Troubleshoot analyze and resolve SAP system issues in coordination with business and technical teams.
- Perform daily system checks monitor background jobs and queues and ensure smooth business operations.
- Conduct postgo-live performance and sanity checks to ensure system stability.
- Identify issues in RICEF objects and provide solutions in alignment with functional consultants.
- Support system integration testing prior to functional handover.
- Manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs.
