Scope of Services
- Select and manage a team of data modernization and informatics staff
- Lead the team s strategic planning and implementation process
- Manage data infrastructure to improve data integration, enhance interoperability, ensure effective data governance, and support reporting and visualization development
- Ensure modernization efforts improve data timeliness, quality, coordination of data activities, reduce data burden, and integrate emerging/open-source technologies where possible
- Coordinate with agency experts to assess the data environment and identify improvements for developing effective data warehouse and integration strategies
