Senior/ Application Analyst (Java, Banking)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining the system while gathering requirements, conducting technical impact analysis, and estimating development efforts to meet business and technical needs.
• Modify applications to meet requirements, ensuring alignment with development standards and business needs, while conducting peer reviews of source code and documentation to maintain quality and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
• Prepare release procedures, assist with production implementations, and update functional, technical, and user documentation for system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, provide workarounds, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues; conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and recommend preventive actions.
