Responsibilities
- The main technical contact for key customers, ensuring complete solutions using company products.
- Identify training needs and deliver technical training to subsidiaries and customers.
- Maintain and update training materials, application notes, and technical documentation.
- Support sales teams with demos, technical data, and customer negotiation assistance.
- Train and support customers and subsidiaries on company products.
- Serve as product expert, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
- Handle commissioning, testing, and product demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing technical support for new applications.
- Develop best practices and improve product usage.
- Recommend product improvements.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics Engineering or equivalent.
