Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Install, set up, and commission AWLT machines at customer sites
- Analyse customer requirements (accuracy, throughput, repeatability) and optimize system parameters
- Perform wafer alignment, laser scanning, and probing process tuning and troubleshooting
- Validate and improve machine performance (e.g., ~100 nm repeatability, vibration stability)
- Troubleshoot process issues such as alignment errors, stray light, vibration, and wafer flatness
- Provide customer training on operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
- Prepare application reports, test results, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, design, service) to implement improvements
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Support new application development and process qualification
