. Conduct/support product pre-qualification, joint qualification, launch, and sustaining. . Conduct/support storage application analysis, reporting, and issue resolution. . Drive improvements in HDD product performance, compatibility and stability through software/hardware studies on hard disk drives and customer systems/applications. ....
