Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Application Production Engineer to ensure the operational stability, support, and deployment of e/mBanking applications and related APIs . This role focuses on RUN/MCO (Maintenance and Change Operations) activities , including incident diagnosis, application support, and release execution across multiple environments and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident & Support Management:
- Perform incident diagnosis and coordinate technical resolution with relevant teams.
- Support application runtimes across Linux and Windows environments.
Deployment & Release Execution:
- Execute deployments, releases, and configuration changes using XL Deploy, XL Release, and CI/CD tools.
- Contribute to production stability, operational improvement, and release readiness.
