Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to EidosMedia Méthode, including back-end Méthode servlets, as well as the Prime and Swing client applications
Diagnose faults following incident management procedures to ensure a resolution, whilst exceeding agreed service levels and communicating with users throughout
Ensure any deployments and configuration changes are managed through change management process
Maintain current documentation for all systems in documentation repositories
Enhance automation for the benefit of service monitoring, deployment and scalability
Continually review available technologies and contribute recommendations for system / service improvement
Perform thorough application test with any new releases and patches distributed from the system vendors
