Research & implement AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance code writing, refactoring, debugging, and architecture design.Optimize workflows by designing AI-augmented workflows for code reviews, testing, bug triaging, and documentation.Build and maintain custom prompts, agents, or fine-tuned models for domain-specific tasks.Measure impact: define, track, and report productivity metrics.Train and mentor engineering teams on effective AI tool usage.Continuously research emerging AI technologies.Collaborate with software engineers, architects, QA teams, and product managers.
