Description/Comment:Key Responsibilities:
•Produce facility feasibility assessments for proposed projects on a variety of building types and occupancies.
•Review construction drawings for completeness and constructability (QAQC)
•Act as an Architectural Owner’s Representative for projects from concept through construction.
•Manage the design and development of project construction drawings and specifications with internal and external resources.
•Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and regulations.
•Ensure that the overall project design intent is achieved by successfully integrating facility design with partner design disciplines and components of the supporting development such as: infrastructure, area development, grading/drainage, area lighting, graphics, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, showset, ride engineering, etc.
