Minimum 15 years of professional experience in leading architectural design firm.Strong expertise in conceptualization, master planning, and schematic design development for large and complex projects.Proven ability to independently lead projects from concept stage through schematic and detailed design stages.Strong design sensibility with innovative and practical problem-solving skills.Experience in managing client interactions, presentations, and multidisciplinary coordination.Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Lumion/Enscape, and Rhino/Grasshopper.Exposure to large-scale projects such as mixed-use developments, institutional, commercial, hospitality, urban design, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.<...
