Joining as a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a landmark £60 million BREEAM Excellent new-build laboratory and life sciences project for a prestigious university. Currently at the end of RIBA Stage 3 and progressing into Stage 4, your role will involve balancing design intent, technical requirements, budget constraints, and programme pressures. You will be responsible for compiling the Employer's Requirements, undertaking value engineering exercises, and liaising with multidisciplinary consultant teams, including structural and façade consultants, as well as the contractor, to coordinate and resolve complex technical issues.
