Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Develop and manage a team of architects and other personnel involved in the design process.
- Work with clients throughout the design process to ensure that their needs are met.
- Work with engineers and other consultants to ensure that designs meet structural, environmental, and other requirements.
- Evaluating design proposals and providing feedback to help improve designs.
- Review blueprints and construction documents to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client satisfaction levels.
- Do site visits at on-going and potential Projects
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture and licensed architect
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in construction company
