Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and track shop drawing and material submission timelines
- Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and suggest design enhancements
- Develop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate closely with the BIM team on drawing production
- Prepare and submit shop drawings for approval
- Lead technical discussions with consultants and project teams regarding drawing matters
- Evaluate and approve materials and finishes for submission
- Carry out on-site design verification
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in BIM and Revit
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of SIA contract framework is an advantage
