Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender, design and construction drawings
- Coordinate architectural drawings and works.
- Coordination works with Architect, consultants and relevant authorities to ensure works and submissions are in compliant with authorities’ codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and prepare authorities submission forms, drawings and information for pre-consultation, waivers and approval
- Remain constantly updated with drafting technology and authorities’ prevailing codes and regulations to maintain technical competency and knowledge.
- Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals
- Familiar with Singapore Code of Practice and local authority codes. with SCDF Fire Safety Acts, Codes and Regulations
- Degree in Architecture or related field from BOA recognized university
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experiences
