This role is ideal for an experienced technician seeking to take a step up in responsibility, with the potential to move into a project leadership position. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality planning application packages and technical design support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all necessary drawings and documentation for planning application submissions.
- Co-ordinate and integrate consultant information.
- Amend planning packs in line with feedback from authorities.
- Design layouts for residential house types and flat blocks (floor plans, elevations).
- Develop planning layouts, road infrastructure, and landscape plans.
