Role
Senior Art Director – responsible for conceptual and visual design across social and video, strategy, execution, and collaboration with copy, video, and project teams.
Responsibilities- Concept and design best‑in‑class digital creative across social and video.
- Contribute to pre‑production planning, support on‑set shoots, and collaborate with editors and designers in post.
- Work closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, project managers, and client teams to ensure creative aligns with brief goals, brand voice, and business objectives.
- Own the work from end to end: concept, production, polishing, and delivery.
- Lead by doing, driving execution while delegating to junior team members, mentoring and ensuring final output quality.
- Navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and provide proactive solutions in creative and production challenges.
