MSS Consulting Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Senior Asbestos Surveyor to join the team based in Cardiff, UK.
The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting properties/buildings for asbestos (management, refurbishment and demolition surveys)
- Bulk sampling
- Working on a broad range of property types and environments
- Participation in internal quality control schemes
- Liaising with tenants & clients
- Quality/ Technical check of survey reports prior to release to client
- Be prepared to learn the Project Manager role
- Management of survey projects from costing to delivery
- Provision of advice and guidance to clients
