As an (Senior) ASIC Test Engineer (m/f/diverse) for Aumovio ASICs you are responsible for defining and implementing the toplevel test concept of an ASIC based on the analog test concept and the digital test concept. In close cooperation with the design- and design-for-test team, You develop an ATE test concept and ATE test program for the ASIC that can be used and refined for series production when moving from the development to the production stage.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
- Lead the definition of test concepts development for electronic components in serial production based on the module and system level requirements for Automotive application
- Act as a technical expert and sparring partner for the worldwide design, DFT, and product engineering teams
- Architect and develop scalable ATE test concepts and test flows for wafer sort and final test
