Oversee task planning, prioritize critical activities, and maintain smooth daily operations. Implement engineering controls and training programs to promote a zero-incident safety culture, including laser safety risk assessments and audits. Monitor and expedite the closure of RFQs by managing Turnaround Time (TAT) effectively.
