Job Description
A*STAR ITSS (IT Shared Services) is seeking a technically strong and forward-looking data management professional to design, operationalise and implement A*STAR's enterprise data management framework and technologies. This role drives consistent, secure and high-quality data practices across corporate and research domains and leads the adoption of modern data protection and governance technologies, including AI-enabled and automated approaches, to uplift IT governance and organizational operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Governance
Contribute to the development, rollout and continual enhancement of A*STAR's enterprise data management framework, covering strategies, policies, standards and procedures.
Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal and ethical requirements, including privacy, security, and government Instruction Manual (IM) obligations.
