JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for the strategic planning and development of facilities in support of the workspace (research and office) needs.
Central to it is to formulate master plan of space needs, infrastructure renewal, build development, market and financial analysis strategies, conceptualize and engage stakeholders and users to co-develop a workplace which is financially and environmentally sustainable.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Planning
Support the development of long-term space plans and utilization strategies for the entire portfolio of A*STARs space, considering factors such as research needs, future growth projections.
Compliance and Regulations
Conduct due diligence and advise management on whether space planning initiatives comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards across different locations. Assist to conduct detailed assessments of multiple si...
