Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Director (AD), the Talent Manager plays a key role in executing the institution’s talent management and leadership development strategies. The Manager will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Head of Departments and Senior Management to identify, develop our talents and strengthen our leadership pipelines for JurongHealth Campus.
Job Responsibilities Talent Partnering- Identify Talent / Leadership Development needs for Allied Health (AH), Admin & Operations (Ops) functions
- Partner closely with HRBPs and HODs to identify, groom and position talents for leadership roles
- Support HRBPs and Department Heads on Talent Development queries and needs for the functions
