Role Overview:
As a Senior Assistant Merchandiser, you will support the Merchandising team in planning, developing, and delivering commercial product ranges that balance creativity with business objectives. You will play a key part in managing stock, analysing performance, and collaborating with buying, design, and retail teams to maximise sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in range planning and seasonal product strategy alongside Merchandisers and Buyers.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and best/worst sellers; recommend actions to optimise performance.
- Support in forecasting demand, planning stock intake, and managing replenishment.
