**Operations Support**

**Support daily import and export processing activities.**

**Monitor package movement and shipment status.**

**Coordinate pickup and delivery activities with drivers.**

**Prepare operational reports and maintain records.**

**Ensure compliance with UPS operational procedures and service standards.**

**Customer Service**

**Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, pickups, deliveries, and claims.**

**Investigate service failures and provide timely updates to customers.**

**Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment-related issues.**
