Job Responsibilities 1. Programme Coordination
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and organising programmes and activities tailored to the needs of seniors.
- Support the execution of events and ensure the active participation of seniors.
- Assist in recruiting, managing, supervising, and supporting volunteers.
- Facilitate volunteer training and ensure alignment with programme objectives.
- Conduct community screenings to identify seniors’ needs and ensure buddying and befriending criteria are met.
- Assist in conducting outreach activities to engage and onboard seniors into programme.
- Assist the Programme Executive execute the programme and in preparing monthly reports.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations of the centre.
