Senior Associate, Client Services
The Senior Associate, Client Services will play a critical role in managing and deepening relationships with family office and ultra-high net worth clients for the Wealth team. This individual will work closely with Family Office Advisors and other cross-functional teams, taking ownership of complex client management tasks, leading on data management and research initiatives, and ensuring the effective use of internal systems and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee client management activities, ensuring a high standard of service and proactive relationship development for family office and UHNW clients.
- Direct support to Family Office Advisors in both administrative and strategic aspects of client relationship management.
