Job Description
To become a strategic professional within our team, while utilizing your experience in building and managing client relationships across the region. Your focus will be on developing new relationships, onboarding new clients while maintaining and servicing a portfolio through excellent communication, negotiation and customer service.
Responsibilities- Create strategic plans for revenue generation and business development while driving the Digital Agenda.
- Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of the number of customers, volumes and revenue, including product mix, active/passive ratio, liability targets, transactions.
- Induct all (NTB) new customers brought in by the Branches & Direct Sales team.
- Create sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
- Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.)
