We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Distribution Training.
Responsibilities- Support Senior Trainers in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions for the sales force.
- Focus on basic training on the sales advisory process and system, regulatory requirements (specifically Fair Dealing Guidelines and Culture & Conduct), sales skills, and technical knowledge (underwriting, claims, etc.)
