As a Campus Recruitment Consultant within EY Middle East and North Africa (MENA) you will play a pivotal role in shaping EY's future talent pipeline. Working closely with business stakeholders, service lines and the MENA Campus Recruitment team you will design and deliver end‑to‑end campus recruitment strategies to attract, engage and hire high‑potential interns and graduates across the region.
This is a highly consultative role that combines strategy, stakeholder management, employer branding and execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, a visible ambassador of the EY brand on campus and a key driver of early talent identification and intern‑to‑graduate conversion outcomes.
