Job Description
The role will be responsible in managing client servicing of power accounts, including renewals, developing business relationships with clients, and reviews coverage terms, conditions, and pricing on new and renewal accounts for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Client Management:
- Maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
- Analyze client policies, documentation, and marketing presentations to determine the appropriate coverage scope.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing coverage to identify any gaps or areas of improvement.
- Coordinate and follow up with insurers on policy documents, and notify insurers of any discrepancies, and amendments.
- Respond to incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and third parties.
- Ensure quotations, memorandum of insurance, and billings are correct and complete.
