WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the full conveyancing process from instruction through to registration
- Draft and review commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial) for major financial institutions
- Handle property transfers, bond registrations, and cancellations
- Manage complex transactions including subdivisions, consolidations, and sectional title registers
